Covid-19 Covid-19 was and continues to have a huge effect on all of our lives. This is especially problematic with care as we are caring for vulnerable and elderly people across Warwickshire.
To manage the risk of infection we are following Public Health England, Warwickshire County Council and CCG advice for PPE, infection control and risk management.
Full PPE is provided and worn at all care calls- in line with the recommendations from the above bodies- this will always include masks and gloves but can also include visors, aprons, goggles or any other PPE deemed necessary.
Carers are regularly tested for Covid-19 and immediately whenever they have been in contact with a potential infection risk.
Fortunately, we have had a very limited number of cases within our agency and our clients have remained largely Coronavirus free since the onset of the pandemic.
We put this down to the vigilance of our staff and through effective infection control and procedure across our clients.
If you have any concerns over the Covid readiness of staff, clients or any other related issue then we invite you to get in touch so that we can discuss what actions we can or are taking to resolve these concerns.
Precious Support Services hope that you remain well throughout this pan
demic and continue to follow best advice so that clients and carers can return to normal as soon as possible.
